1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from GG AIM Boost ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our software.
2. Description of Products
GG AIM Boost sells licensed access to downloadable software tools that optimize game performance — including frame-rate and frame-pacing improvements, stutter reduction, stability and crash fixes, and latency tuning, each built for a specific title. Our products are software licenses measured by access duration; we do not sell in-game items, accounts, or account credentials.
3. License Grant
Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your own machines for the access period you selected (or indefinitely, for lifetime licenses). You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share your license key, or reverse engineer the software. Licenses activate on first use and expire at the end of the purchased period.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase our software. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
5. Orders & Payment
Orders are placed through our secure checkout and processed by our authorized payment partners. Prices are listed in USD and are confirmed at checkout before payment is collected. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and a confirmation email is sent to the address provided at checkout.
6. Delivery & Activation
License keys and setup instructions are delivered digitally to the email address supplied at checkout, typically within minutes of payment confirmation. Compatibility updates released during your access period are included at no extra cost.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for running the software on hardware you own or control, keeping your license key confidential, and complying with the terms of the games you play. Game publishers' policies on third-party software vary — you acknowledge that using performance tools may conflict with a publisher's terms, and GG AIM Boost is not responsible for actions taken by game publishers.
8. Refunds
Because our products are digital licenses that are delivered instantly, activated licenses are non-refundable. If your license was never delivered or cannot be activated, contact us for a replacement or a full refund. Refund requests for technical issues we cannot resolve are reviewed case by case at our discretion.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "as is". Performance improvements depend on your hardware, drivers, game version, and system configuration, so results vary between systems. We do not guarantee a specific frame rate or score in any game.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GG AIM Boost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
11. Intellectual Property
All game titles, trademarks, and artwork referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. GG AIM Boost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase governs that order. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
